　　三、职位三个核心要素

　　职位能力素质( Competencies )是应聘者是否具备工作所需的基本能力素质和职业素养。如：所

学知识、智能水平、工作经验、工作主动性、人际关系等，能力的培养是和真正不断地吸收新知识、

新经验密不可分的，是人生的阅历和长者的传授相结合的。只有不断充实自己，才能赢在各个起跑点

上。

　　衡量一个职位主要有三个核心要素，这是面试时最重要的采分点，占80～90%。这是企业为了实

现其战略目标、获得成功，而对应聘者所具备的职业素养、能力和知识的综合要求。面试时，着重考

察应聘者“怎样表现自己(How it is performed )”。

　　话题紧扣以下三方面来展现自己的优势：

　　1.专业技能( Professional Skill )：

　　应聘者是否具备工作所需的专业技能。这是考核应聘者长期技术训练和知识积累的结果。面试时

主要考察你是否适合这项工作。
