，增强信心，摆脱困难。合适的例子包括：做志愿者帮助残疾人，捐钱给希望工程，捐衣服给灾区人民，去医院给住院的同学补课等等。不合适的例子比如：给失恋的同学介绍女朋友以免他自杀，这里面并没有体现你爱心的付出，因为你所做的是介绍，介绍一个女孩子认识就能够照亮他那黑暗的生活么？

语言上要注意a case in point, as a proof, as an illustration, as an example, for example, for instance, in particular, such as等举例表示法，尤其注意for example和such as的，such as不用于句首，s从来不能大写, 后面不跟逗号，不跟句子，所以建议多用for example，而以……为例要说成是Take … for example。举例的时态一般是过去时态，表示是过去发生的事情。当成记叙文来写，多个例子之间要注意衔接。

五、发扬展望段

一般的结构是：表明正面态度＋进行好处列举＋展望美好未来。即一句话肯定这个现象好，欢迎这个现象，比如2002年作文最后一段先说我们的确应该促进文化交流，然后两句话说明好处是传播中国文化，扬我国威，同时吸收外国文化的长处，改我文化之弊，最后两句展望，只有这样，我们国家才能够永远屹立在世界民族之林什么的。试看2002年一篇18分范文的结尾段：

As Chinese citizens, we should respect our own national culture and learn useful things from the cultures of different nations, which will enable us to make great progress in many ways. I believe a happy and bright future is awaiting us if we make every effort to promote cultural development both nationally and internationally.

这段话第一句说明了我们对本国文化和外来文化应该持有的态度，又提到了文化交流的好处和作用，最后一句是带条件的展望。此段写得稍嫌结构不清，试写如下：

Personally，I embrace frequent well-intentioned cultural exchanges. Not only is such communication conducive to spreading the very essence of our Chinese culture worldwide, it also presents before us the flower of the alien cultures and thus compels us to reexamine the dregs of our culture in confrontation with the foreign ones. Therefore, I believe consistent efforts should be made to enhance international cultural chains. We look forward to the day when people all over the world can benefit from cultural contacts and enjoy a kaleidoscopic cultural life.

总而言之，图画作文不出这五种段落，同学们写作时，注意审题，看指令让你写的是哪三段的组合，然后进行拼接组图，写作时牢记写作原则：基础比较好，以15分为目标的同学，在不犯错误的情况下尽可能追求复杂；基础比较薄弱，以及格分为目标的同学，以不犯错误为目的，尽可能追求简单。
