邀请信是写信人对收信人的一种盛情邀约。邀请信分为正式邀请信和非正式邀请信。非正式邀请用词比较随便；正式邀请信则是向收信人发出正式邀请，用语和格式均比较规范、严谨。

邀请信通常包括以下几个方面的内容：发出邀请；说明邀请对方做什么事；说明活动时间和地点；表达期待或感谢之情。

说明邀请目的—>说明活动安排—>期待尽早回复

 

Tips:

信中要说明关于活动的详细信息，包括活动时间、地点、内容，有时需要说明参加活动的人员。语气要热情真挚，但不要强人所难。
