与你侃英语学法（四）

      Hi！各位网友，感谢大家的鼓励和捧场，使我有信心把这个栏目坚持办下去．好像不把在下谋生的那几招奉献给广大网友，总觉得对不住大家似的！好，闲话少说，书归正传！

　　动词是英语学习的关键．这是我坚信不疑的教学原则．你是否敢说，英语中常见动词你都能分清其用法？该动词是及物还是不及物？大概没有人敢这样说大话吧！我建议你在学习英语中，每遇到动词，应该多一个心眼，看一看它的词类，最好还查一查它的各种用法．一般说来，你最好做到"七分清"．就是：分清及物还是不及物；分清表结果还是表动作；分清连系动词是表状态还是表变化；分清表主观与客观的动词；分清是瞬间动词还是延续性动词；分清表直接与表间接的动词；分清多字动词的用法．关于这"七分清"，请看拙作动词学习导航在《袁老师课堂》动词栏目下．不用我在这里赘述了．

　　当然学习英语词汇也是有诀窍的．比如说一个词有多种含义，还有近意词之间的比较．我就把要比较的，要区别的用法，用一个句子来表述，及记住了它们的意义又弄清了它们的区别，且朗朗上口，何乐而不为呢！现略举一例以示说明：

　　【例1】I saw a saw saw a saw.　
　　在该句中有四个saw．第一个是谓语动词的过去式，意为"看见"讲；第二和第四个是名词，意为"锯子"讲；第三个是动词原形，不定式作宾语不足语，意为"锯"．整个句子意为：我看见一把锯子锯了一把锯子．你读出来更有趣，又押韵又记住了两个不同意义的动词和一个名词．有趣不？

　　【例2】My father always says, "You ’shall ’ and I always song ’I will’".
在这个句子中，就把情态动词的用法区别得清清楚楚！译成汉语：老爸总是说，"你应该"，而我总是说，"我愿意．"

　　【例3】Crusoe was alone on the lonely island, but he didn’t feel lonely.
在这个句子中，两个形容词意义相近，alone 表示"单独，一个人"，lonely表示"偏僻的，荒凉的，孤独的"，有浓厚的感情色彩．用这一句话不就泾渭分明了吗？
