   The government should control the amount of violence in films and on television in order to decrease the violent crimes in society.  To what extent do you agree or disagree with this issue?

   Someone complains that too much violence was disseminated in an abusive/ABUSE 与TOO MUCH 意义上重复/ VIOLECE IS AUBESED BY MANY FILMS way by films and TV programs, all of which should be responsible for MOST OF the violent crimes（ in society）去掉. In my opinion, the amount of violence in the mass media does pose serious threat to our peaceful society.

   First of all, in order to enhance the popularity of the films and TV programs, Producers are often to try /OFTEN ATTACH EXCESSIVE BIOLECE TO 就可以了their best to attach unnecessary or excessive violence scenes to their productions. On the other hand）/一般和ON THE ONE HAND一起使用，, it is difficult for the audiences to distinguish/ TELL the difference between reality and fiction, to identify honesty from wickedness immediately, which definitely brings about some misunderstanding to some people. What is worse, some people will mimic the violence, which is worried by everyone.  AND THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE MIMIC THE VIOLENCE，WHICH MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE。
   Furthermore, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO THE FILM TO FILTER THE VIOLENCE TO THE CHILDREN， AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CAN HARDLY IMMUNE FROM THEM。 ， Most of parents fail to prevent their children from being influenced by the violence that widely spread in the mass media. So it is conceivable that children will be lured by these violent activities, even consider them as heroical activities. When these children grow up, it is worried that the violence will be indulged in their life, some of which will endanger our society badly.
Therefore, it’s high time that government takes serious steps to counteract the negative effects of violence in mass media. One effective approach is to establish and impose strict censorship on all films and TV programs, expunging any scenes with excessive violence. Also, classification of the films and TV programs is also useful by alarming the parents which one is unfit to the children. Last but not least, government can impose some extra charge to the extra-violent program, or ban them directly.
In conclusion, when we are enjoying the relaxation and happiness given by large amounts of films and TV programs, we should spare no effort to purify（ these things）THEM。
